South Jerrabomberra $50,000 Rebate (Promotion) Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is conducted by The Village Building Co. Limited ABN 97 056 509 025 (Village).

2. The Promotion opens on 5 November 2025 at 8:00am AEST and closes on 25 December 2025 at 5:00pm AEST, or such earlier date as Village determines.

3. Eligibility To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, you must:

     3.1. have entered into an unconditional Contract of Sale to purchase from Village a block of land located within Stage 2B at Village’s ‘South Jerrabomberra’ project, Tralee NSW (Land) during the Promotional Period;

     3.2. have paid the deposit in accordance with the Contract of Sale by the date specified in the Contract of Sale; and

     3.3. complete settlement (as that term is defined in the Contract of Sale) in accordance with the terms, and by the date specified in, the Contract of Sale.

4. If you meet the above Conditions, Village will pay a rebate of AUD $50,000 (inclusive of taxes) upon successful settlement of your land purchase.

5. If Village determines, in its absolute discretion, that the Promotion is not capable of being conducted for any reason, it reserves the right to modify the Promotion (including by cancelling, suspending or postponing the Promotion).
