Works in Stage 2B2 are progressing well, with the shaping of residential lots and roads now complete. The majority of underground service infrastructure has been installed, and works have commenced on kerbs and concrete paths. Road pavement construction is underway, including the subbase and base layers. A new shade sail has also been installed at the Kick Park to enhance community facilities.
In Stage 2C2, the extension to Environa Drive has been shaped and major stormwater infrastructure installed. Procurement of utilities has been completed, with construction works scheduled to continue into the new year.
Construction is advancing in the Commercial Area, with the new Environa Drive and Carnation Drive extensions shaped and underground services well underway. Commercial lots have been brought to level, and utilities have been procured and scheduled for delivery in the New Year.
South Jerrabomberra Resident’s Christmas Event
On the 5th of December the South Jerrabomberra Town Park was filled with festive cheer as residents came together to celebrate the Christmas season. It was wonderful to see so many families enjoying a fun-filled evening, making the most of the park and its new facilities.
A special thank-you goes to our honoured guests, Santa and Mrs Claus, for bringing Christmas magic to the event, alongside the much-loved Crackers the Cockatoo. Families enjoyed a range of complimentary activities and treats, including sausage sandwiches, gelato, face painting and balloon artistry, creating a memorable evening for all who attended.
