Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promotion (Promotion) is conducted by The Village Building Co. Limited
ABN 97 056 509 025 (Village).

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences on the date it is first made available and closes at 5:00pm AEST on 31 May 2026, unless withdrawn earlier at Village’s discretion (Promotional Period).

3. Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, a purchaser must:
3.1. Enter into an unconditional Contract of Sale with Village during the Promotional Period for the purchase of a block of land located within Stage 2B2 of the South Jerrabomberra (Tralee NSW) project (Land);
3.2. Pay the deposit in full in accordance with the Contract of Sale by the date specified in that contract; and
3.3. Complete settlement (as defined in the Contract of Sale) strictly in accordance with the terms of, and by the date specified in, the Contract of Sale.

4. Rebate
4.1. Subject to satisfaction of all eligibility conditions, Village will provide a rebate of AUD $50,000 (inclusive of all applicable taxes).
4.2. The rebate will be paid following successful settlement of the Land.
4.3. No rebate is payable unless settlement is completed in full.

5. General
5.1. Village reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the Promotion if it determines that the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as originally intended for any reason.
5.2. Village’s decision in relation to all matters arising under these Terms and Conditions is final and binding, subject to applicable law.
