South Jerrabomberra Community Centre
The South Jerrabomberra Community Centre is a modern, purpose-built facility designed to bring people together. Sitting proudly alongside the new Town Park, the centre offers a range of flexible spaces that support everything from community programs and creative workshops to celebrations, meetings and private events.
Sustainability has been embedded into the design. The centre operates with solar panels and on-site battery storage, allowing it to run largely off-grid. This system also supports the lighting and splash park within the Town Park, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to environmentally responsible development.
Meetings & Events
Designed to support successful, well-coordinated events and meaningful community engagement, the Community Centre comprises four versatile function rooms, two fully equipped commercial kitchens, and a dedicated bar area, allowing us to cater comfortably for events of all sizes.
From birthday celebrations and general functions to workshops and committee meetings, the Community Centre offers a professional and welcoming environment.
Community Centre Bookings – Coming Soon
Bookings for the Community Centre will be managed by the Queanbeyan-Palerang Regional Council.
With its contemporary design, accessible layout and seamless connection to the surrounding parkland, the Community Centre is set to become one of Queanbeyan’s most valued community assets — a place where everyday life, celebrations and local stories can come to life.
