The Town Park will include the following:
A Learn to ride facility, Outdoor gym, Water Splash Park, Formal Play Space, Nature Play Space, Half-Court Basketball court, BBQ & Toilet Facilities, Sculpture Trail and an 85m diameter village green for recreational use. The park will also benefit from over 180 advanced trees, 11,000 plants and 14,000sqm of grassing.

The Town Centre is set to feature the following facilities:
Supermarket, Grocery Store, Medical Centre, Chemist, Cafe/Bakery, Pub, Restaurants, Hair and Nail Salons and a Gym.

One of a kind within the region, the Lifestyle Park is an enclosed bone shaped play area catering for both large & small dogs. It is set to include Large landscaped areas, BBQ shelter, a community orchard & garden, 23 car parking spaces and 460m of internal footpaths

The Community Centre is set to allow residents to host and hold functions. The building backs onto the Town Park and features a large entertainment hall, kitchen facilities, and several multipurpose rooms. Construction was complete in May of 2025 and will be open for public access management is handed over to the Queanbeyan Palerang Regional Council.
