At the heart of South Jerrabomberra, the new Town Park offers a lively, family-friendly place to play, connect and unwind. Spanning over 2.5 hectares, it brings together recreation spaces, nature zones and contemporary amenities designed for everyone to enjoy.

Splash Park

The region’s largest free splash park brings fun, colour and endless summer excitement to South Jerrabomberra. With a mix of gentle water jets, interactive features and open spray zones, the splash park offers safe, refreshing play for little ones and big kids alike. Surrounding shade structures, seating and landscaped areas make it just as enjoyable for families to relax and spend the day outdoors. It’s quickly become one of the community’s favourite destinations.

Learn-to-Ride Track

Young riders can build confidence and learn road-safety basics on the dedicated learn-to-ride track. Complete with mini traffic lights, signage and road markings, it’s a safe and engaging space where children can practise riding skills while having fun.

All-Abilities Play Spaces & Half-court basketball

South Jerrabomberra’s all-abilities play spaces are designed so every child can join in. Featuring accessible equipment, sensory elements, gentle climbing structures and inclusive design principles throughout, the playground is fun for children of all ages and ability. With shaded seating and BBQ facilities, its a great way for a family day out and exciting celebrations outdoors.

Outdoor Gym

The Outdoor Gym at South Jerrabomberra offers residents a convenient, free and accessible way to stay active in the fresh air. Featuring a range of equipment designed for strength, flexibility and cardio training, it’s suitable for all fitness levels.

Set within landscaped surrounds and close to walking paths, it’s the ideal spot for a morning workout, a quick stretch on your lunch break or a weekend fitness session with friends.

Sculpture trail, walking trails & places to unwind

The Sculpture Trail weaves art and nature together through a collection of handcrafted pieces by internationally renowned sculptors Gillie and Marc. The artwork has been thoughtfully placed throughout South Jerrabomberra’s Town Park, creating moments of curiosity as you explore.

Throughout the park, landscaped gardens, wide open lawns and shaded picnic areas create tranquil corners to enjoy a quiet moment, picnic with family or gather with neighbours.
