Despite the recent rain, construction is progressing rapidly at South Jerrabomberra, which ensured that our construction program met our Easter target, to keep settlement timeframes on track.
Overall, despite weather challenges, the construction of house and land packages is also progressing quickly with 30 homes now under construction and significant progress since our last update.
Some of our land buyers will have started to receive communication about valuations and settlements. We are also following up with phone calls to ensure we are able to reach everyone with the next steps for land settlements.
Overall estate update
Environa Drive, which is the main entry road into the estate, has completed asphalt from the estate entry all the way to the location of the Regional Sports Centre intersection. Further progression of this road (up to North Tralee, which is the commercial component of South Jerrabomberra), will be progressed next week.
We have lodged the Subdivision Certificate with council and are expecting to receive the approval very soon. Once we receive the Subdivision Certificate, we will lodge with Land Registry Services to have titles registered.
