he much-awaited commencement of our new house and land packages is just around the corner. Our proficient building team is gearing up to initiate construction, bringing forth an exciting phase of development.
The beautifully crafted homes will be set upon lots on the Eastern side of the development. The series of 3, 4 & 5 bedroom homes will include full fencing and landscaping.

Footpaths and landscaping progressing rapidly!
We are pleased to inform that the footpaths surrounding the pond, located just opposite our Display Home are now complete.
The paths have already added a touch of charm and will as the development progresses provide a large walkable network for residents and visitors.
Over the next 2-3 months, our team will be hard at work to finalize the paths and landscaping around all three South Jerra ponds. The aim is to create open spaces that celebrate the natural surroundings while integrating our future Town Park for all to enjoy.
