A fun-filled family day out! A first look into our now open South Jerrabomberra Display Village.
On Saturday the 10th of September between 12-4pm, the Village Building Company opened the South Jerrabomberra Display Village doors to the public. Over 2000 people made the journey to Alpine Ash Way for an afternoon of free food, family activities and much more.
The event served as the perfect drawcard to showcase the seven stunning homes on display, brought to you by prominent builders in the region: Bode, Hotondo, Watt Constructions, Achieve Homes, Metricon, Metric Homes and yours truly, The Village Building Company.
With each home providing a different snapshot of what is to come in the South Jerrabomberra suburb. The day allowed for a great collection of feedback as the homes were repeatedly praised for their impressive design, outstanding creative range and variety and their immediate “I can picture myself living here” feeling.

Visitors were also pleased to hear about the upcoming construction on South Jerrabomberra’s future epic town park and the suburb’s 3-hectare dog park that is soon to incorporate shelters, barbecues, event spaces and much more. Both commencing work later this month, for which updates will be provided.
Luckily for those that may have missed the event, the homes will continue to be on display on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, between 10am-4pm and by appointment at other times during business hours.
