October has been an exciting month across the South Jerrabomberra development, with the estate continuing to take shape and community spaces coming alive. The Dog Park has been buzzing with activity as residents and their four-legged friends make the most of the new space, adding a wonderful sense of energy to the precinct.

Over at the Town Park, the final touches are now being polished in preparation for its official opening in November. The grass is growing beautifully, the splashpad has been fully commissioned, and VBC is working through the last finishing details to ensure the park launches in top form. As part of these final preparations, Carnation Drive is scheduled to open within the next two weeks, and the fencing around Town Park will be adjusted accordingly to allow for smoother access as we transition into opening mode.

With vibrant community use already underway and the remaining elements nearing completion, October has showcased just how close South Jerrabomberra is to realising its vision. Excitement continues to build as we count down to the Town Park’s November opening.
