Current Government incentives for eligible buyers include:

• Stamp duty exemptions or concessions under the First Home Buyers Assistance Scheme — eligible first-home buyers may pay no transfer duty (stamp duty) on new or existing homes up to certain value thresholds, and benefit from reduced rates up to higher limits.
• Stamp duty relief on vacant land — first-home buyers purchasing land to build a home may also receive exemptions or concessions.
• First Home Owner Grant (FHOG) — eligible first-home buyers may receive a one-off grant (for example, $10,000) when purchasing or building a new home.
